PREPARATION
- Please ensure you are hydrated and well rested.
- Have a bottle of water with you for the healing.
- Please send me your personal intention for the session where prompted in the booking form. It is important you write this as if it has already been achieved as we will be re-imprinting the field with this focus.
- I will create a frequency pattern for your personal intention and start sending you TimeWaver Vibrations before the session. You may feel changes before the session.
NOTES
- Please ensure I can see your face, neck and chest on the zoom call so I can see how you are breathing. You should be relaxed - ideally lying on your back with no pillow so that we can create a rhythm and flow of breath through all the chakras. You may want to have a blanket handy.
- I will tune into the energy of the group and guide you to breathe continuously.
- You enter a self-induced trance state (a non-ordinary state of consciousness) where memories, pictures, emotions or body sensations can surface to be reviewed, released and integrated.
- With conscious breathing, we work on loosening up stored blockages in your four-body energy system (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual).
- TimeWaver Pro will be running continuously for the duration of the healing (2 hours), after which all participants will receive a TW healing every hour, 24 hours a day for 2 weeks (post event).
- The group is a powerful healing experience for you to receive healing and connect you yourself. I use Divine Healing to clear interferences in the field. The angels, guides, healing teams and divinities are called in to provide a deep healing experience. Deep releases are common. Please stay with the energy in the sacred group space.

- Vibrations will be sent for coming into your full power cleaning your field to access your true essence. This includes all blocks to divine light, dissolving patterns of suffering and negativity, freeing doctrines, finding new directions and resolution, transformative affirmations, encouraging talents, dissolving stress factors, releasing motivation disorders, dissolving emotional blocks, breaking blocking convictions, supporting the positive character, self-belief and self-worth. Also frequencies for rewiring to the beliefs of what was previously felt impossible adding abundance to your personal fields.
- Timewaver will also be running for resolution of foreign energies, frequencies for balancing the nervous system, releasing emotional blocks and attachment to unwanted events, transforming blocks and negative beliefs, releasing negative energetic imprints, holistic personality development and affirmations for new direction and resolution. Also included will be Bach flower remedies, angel energies, balance of the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual bodies and promoting more connection to self. We also work on balancing polarities, self love, mental clarity, dissolving stress factors (prenatal and postnatal), transformative affirmations, dissolving suffering, decision making, releasing biochemical stress factors, balancing the limbic system, focus and clarity.
- We also release fear, open life path and flow, vibrate affirmations for abundance and support grounding. Light and water remedies will be used as well as essences and frequencies to ensure freedom from the thought control of the mass consciousness.
- In each group session I will vibrate additional frequencies
- Please ensure you arrive at least 5-10 mins early on the call so I can take the group photo and vibrational print so we can get started on time. I will be on the call earlier so if you are new to the group session you can ask questions.
- You can be lying in bed 🙂
